MJM Player provides the tools required for live-assisted and automated broadcasting without unnecessary complexity. The system is designed to be straightforward for announcers while providing the flexibility required by station managers and technical personnel.

Version 5 supports automated playlist generation, scheduled programming, macro automation, voice tracking, remote control, comprehensive logging and integration with the hosted MJM AI Voice service.

Licensing and Maintenance

  • Each new licence includes two concurrent seats.
  • Additional seats may be purchased for $400 each, excluding GST.
  • The software may be installed on multiple computers, but simultaneous operation is limited to the number of purchased seats.
  • The initial purchase includes 12 months of maintenance, updates and technical support.
  • Ongoing maintenance is optional at $7.50 per seat per month, excluding GST.
  • Active maintenance includes minor updates, major-version upgrades and technical support.
  • Without active maintenance, the customer may continue using their currently licensed version.
  • Major-version upgrades without active maintenance cost $300 per seat, excluding GST.
  • A lapsed licence must be upgraded to the current major version before maintenance can recommence.
  • Licensed installations may operate for up to seven days without contacting the licensing service.

  • Computer hardware capable of operating the installed Windows version
  • Minimum screen resolution of 1024 × 768
  • Windows-compatible soundcard
  • Additional Windows-compatible audio devices where separate player outputs are required
  • Internet connection for activation and periodic licence validation
  • Network connection where audio catalogues are stored on another computer or server
  • Adequate storage for the required audio catalogue

Note: MJM Player may operate without an internet connection for up to seven days following its most recent successful licence validation. The hosted MJM AI Voice service requires an active internet connection.
